As co-owner of Proforma Key Solutions, I spend my days working directly with clients to bring their branding, marketing, and promotional goals to life. I love building relationships and digging into the strategy behind every project — whether it’s launching an internal campaign, planning for an upcoming event, or keeping a brand consistent across multiple locations and platforms.
I work closely with marketing teams, HR departments, safety managers, and business development pros across a wide range of industries. My goal is always to make their lives easier by helping them source the right products, plan smart, stay on brand, and get it all done on time.
At the end of the day, I’m here to be a partner — not just a vendor — and to make sure the solutions we deliver have real impact.
As co-owner of Proforma Key Solutions, I wear a lot of hats — and I love every one of them. With a degree in graphic design and over 27 years of experience in the industry, I bring both creative vision and real-world expertise to every project.
Day to day, I’m working hands-on with clients to bring their branding and marketing ideas to life — whether that’s sourcing the perfect promotional item, building out online company stores, planning employee incentive programs, or helping execute a full rebrand.
I lead with creativity, strategy, and a genuine interest in solving problems. I’m constantly juggling vendor relationships, timelines, and budgets to make sure every project is on point, on brand, and on time.
As a business owner, I also manage a growing team, keep the wheels turning behind the scenes, and look for ways to improve how we operate and serve our clients. From the big-picture strategy to the tiny details, I’m all in.

Since 2015, I’ve been the go-to for all things quoting, sourcing, and sales support here at Proforma Key Solutions. I work closely with clients every day to make sure they get quick, accurate answers — whether they’re looking for pricing, product ideas, or help bringing a new project to life.
I’m also deeply involved in building and maintaining our clients’ online stores. From setup to ongoing support, I help create seamless, user-friendly e-commerce solutions that make ordering easy and keep brand consistency front and center.
Whether I’m troubleshooting an order, collaborating with our team, or helping a client launch something new, I’m all about being responsive, resourceful, and reliable — every step of the way.
As the newest member of the Proforma Key Solutions team, I’ve hit the ground running in a fast-paced, client-focused role that’s all about supporting the sales process from the very beginning. I specialize in the presale side of things — preparing accurate quotes, sourcing creative product ideas, and helping our clients explore the best branding solutions for their goals.
Every day, I collaborate with our sales team and vendor partners to ensure clients receive quick, reliable information that sets their projects up for success. I’m here to make the front end of the process smooth, strategic, and stress-free.
Even though I’m new to the team, I’ve picked things up quickly and am always looking for ways to add value and grow. I’m excited to keep building relationships and helping our clients bring their ideas to life — starting with the very first conversation.
In my role as Administrative Coordinator & Accounting, I help keep both our front-end operations and financial processes running smoothly. I manage the full order entry process, handle day-to-day communication with customers and vendors, and coordinate activities within the department to keep everything on track.
I’m also responsible for managing our billing, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. From processing invoices to following up on payments, I make sure our financial records are accurate and everything stays on schedule. Since starting in 2018, I’ve become a key point of contact across teams and help ensure our workflow stays consistent and efficient.
At Proforma Key Solutions, I support both the front office and the warehouse — making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Whether I’m answering phones, organizing files, proofreading documents, or jumping in to help the team, I’m here to keep things organized and moving.
On the admin side, I handle day-to-day communications, keep our databases updated, manage supplies, and assist with anything else our team needs to stay on track. I’m also the friendly face that welcomes visitors and takes care of their needs.
In the warehouse, I oversee all incoming and outgoing shipments and keep a close eye on inventory to make sure stock levels are accurate and orders are fulfilled without delay. I take pride in maintaining a clean, efficient, and organized space that helps us deliver on our promises.
My dual role lets me stay involved in almost every part of the business — and I love being someone the team can count on!
As Senior Graphic Designer at Proforma Key Solutions, I focus on creating visuals that not only look great — but work hard for our clients. From designing impactful promotional items and apparel to generating proofs that align with branding goals, I make sure every detail supports the bigger picture.
I collaborate closely with both our team and our customers to turn creative ideas into print-ready designs that help brands stand out and connect with their audience.
In addition to day-to-day design work, I also help mentor our newer designers — sharing ideas, answering questions, and helping keep our creative output sharp, on-brand, and up to industry standards.
Every project is a chance to help tell a story, solve a problem, or make something memorable.
In my role as Project Coordinator & Graphic Designer, I blend my design skills with project coordination to keep our client orders moving smoothly from concept to production. I help bring ideas to life visually by creating mockups, digital proofs, and store imagery so clients can clearly see what they’re getting before anything goes to print.
On the production side, I manage the details that keep everything on track: sending proofs, coordinating revisions and approvals, prepping final artwork for vendors, and staying in communication with our partners to make sure orders meet expectations and deadlines.
I’ve also been learning our e-commerce platform to help build and update custom web stores — making it easy for clients to order branded products with consistency and ease.
Even as one of the newest members of the team, I’ve hit the ground running and love being part of a fast-paced, creative environment where every day is a little different — and every detail matters.
